Toy Safety Message

Funrise Inc. shares consumers’ concerns about the recent recall of toys. Funrise Inc. goes to great lengths in making sure our toys meet all safety regulations set forth by our Federal Government. Every single product we manufacture and market is tested throughout the manufacturing process, both internally as well as by independent testing labs confirming safety and compliance with all regulatory safety standards. Additionally, once our toys reach the US they are tested once again by independent testing agencies as required by the retailers we sell to in the United States. Even with the recent recalls, toys made for sale in the United States are among the safest in the world. Funrise’s number one concern will always be the safety of children.

Replacement Policy

Funrise Inc. is happy to offer a 90-day limited warranty for our products.

Funrise Inc. is a manufacturer and not a retailer. As such, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items. Please consult with the retailer where the item was purchased for these services.

Where can I buy Funrise products?

Funrise toys are available for sale at major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon.com. Please check in stores and online for availability.


My toy isn’t working. What do I do?

Funrise Inc. is able to provide replacements for defective items up to 90 days after purchase at no cost to the customer.

I lost a part to my toy! Do you sell replacement parts?

Unfortunately Funrise is unable to sell or offer complimentary replacement parts. We appreciate your understanding.


What should I do in the case of a safety issue?

Firstly, please make sure the defective toy is safely out of reach of children. Email us at customerservice@funrise.com and we will be in touch ASAP to resolve the issue.
