We are committed to fulfilling our obligation to protect children from

What Information Is Collected?
Generally, Funrise Toy Corp limits the collection of information from
kids to what is known as non-personally identifiable information that help
us provide a better online experience. (See Cookies, ISP Addresses and Logs
below.) From time to time, however, we may request limited personally identifiable
information (e.g. kid's email address and/or email address of parent or third
party), as explained below, in order to conduct online contests or sweepstakes
or offer other online activities (e.g. electronic postcards, newsletters).
Funrise Toy Corp does not condition a kid's participation in any of our online
activities on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary
to participate in the activity.
Online Shopping: Children should not use our online shopping feature. Use
of our online shopping feature requires the submission of personally identifiable
information, including your name, address, telephone number, and credit card
information. The online shopping feature is available only for persons who
are over the age of 18.
Online Shopping
Funrise Toy Corp does not sell or ship any items directly to anyone
who we know to be under the age of 18, nor do we collect any personally identifiable
information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. Users who are
under 18 may use the online shopping feature of this Site only with involvement
of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personally identifiable information
to us.
Ordering from the Site and Opening An Account. When you order from the Site,
we require you to provide us with your name, email address, shipping address,
billing address, phone number(s), credit card number/expiration date and credit
card PIN number. We use this information to process your order, ship it and
send your order and shipping confirmations via email. If you do not complete
the order process (e.g. fail to enter a valid credit card number/expiration
date or fail to complete a purchase transaction) the information you submitted
during the order process will be promptly deleted from our system. Once you
have successfully entered a valid credit card number/expiration date and completed
the order process, an account will be created and maintained for you.
From time to time, we use information relating to the purchases you make
on the Site to customize our product recommendations. We also track customer
traffic patterns and customer site usage. Traffic and usage data is used to
improve our site's design and provide our customers with a fulfilling shopping
experience.
Accessing your Account and Making Corrections/Updates. Once you have opened
an account, you may access it by submitting your ID (your email address) and
password. This password is for your protection. If you don't have your password,
there is a link that reads "Forgot your password?" Click on this
for instructions on how to get your password.
At any time after you have successfully opened up an account with us, you
may correct or update account data when making a subsequent purchase. Additionally,
you can update or correct your account information at any time by contacting

Consumer Service. In addition to being able to call our customer service
department, you may also email us at consumerservice@funrise.com. If you email
us and we determine that you are an existing customer (e.g. an existing account
holder which is determined by email address), then we will retain your emails
so that we may refer to previous emails from you as needed so that we may properly
address your questions and concerns. If you email us and we are not able to
determine that you are an existing customer, then we will delete your emails
promptly after we address your future questions or concerns.
Little HardHats DVD Offer
If you choose to participate in the Little HardHats DVD offer available
to certain purchasers of Tonka trucks, your name, address, email address and
other demographic information - but not your credit card information - will
be shared with Fred Levine Productions, Inc., the producer of the Little HardHats
video series. You can access the privacy policy of Fred Levine Productions,

Toy Corp and Fred Levine Productions, Inc. are unrelated companies and Funrise
Toy Corp will have no control over the use of your information after it is
provided to Fred Levine Productions, Inc. Only adults should participate
in the Little HardHats DVD offer. Children should not participate in
the offer or provide any information through the offer.
Electronic Newsletter Subscription
From time to time Funrise Toy Corp may offer kids the opportunity to
sign up to receive a newsletter by email. When a kid asks to receive our email
newsletter, the child is asked to provide his or her email address and the
email address of his or her parent. Within two business days of receiving
this information, we send the child's parent a notification email informing
him or her of the child's request to receive by email the newsletter on an
ongoing basis and give the parent the option to have his or her child's information
be removed from our newsletter database. At any time after receiving this
notification email, the child's parent has the opportunity to exercise the
option to request that we stop sending the child the newsletter and have the
child's information removed from our newsletter by following the "unsubscribe" instructions
found in either their initial notification email or at the end of any of the
newsletter emails. In addition, parents may at any time review any identifiable
information collected about their child (see below, Parental Access).
All information collected for Funrise Toy Corp newsletters is used only to
send the child the electronic newsletter and may be transferred, disclosed,
or shared with third parties who may be engaged by us specifically to handle
the preparation and delivery of the electronic newsletter and perform other
related technical and processing functions. These third parties may not use
it for other purposes and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such
information.
Contests and Sweepstakes
Funrise Toy Corp may from time to time offer contests and sweepstakes,
which may be entered online. To participate in a contest or sweepstakes, a
child is asked to provide his or her first name and email address. Sometimes,
when we conduct contests or sweepstakes that may involve more than a one-time
contact, we ask additionally for the email address of his or her parent. In
such types of contests or sweepstakes, we send the child's parent an email
within two business days informing him or her of the child's entry and give
the parent the option to have the child's entry deleted. All the information
collected by Funrise Toy Corp is securely maintained and used only for the
purpose of conducting the contest or sweepstakes. Once the contest or sweepstakes
is finished, we then delete any personal information collected. The information
collected in a Funrise Toy Corp sweepstakes may be passed to a fulfillment
house which may use the information to help run the contest or sweepstakes
and may not use it for other purposes and has agreed to maintain the confidentiality
of such information.
Electronic Postcards and Email Messages
Funrise Toy Corp may from time to time provide kids the opportunity to
send electronic postcards featuring characters, products or original artwork
to family or friends. Also, we feature information about products that kids
are interested in and from time to time will send, on behalf of kids who request
it, email messages to family and/or friends to let family and/or friends share
their interest. We may ask for a first name, but we do not require kids to
submit personally identifiable information about themselves in order to send
an electronic postcard or for Funrise Toy Corp to send email messages to family
or friends. We do, however, ask kids to submit the email address of the recipient
of such electronic postcards or email messages. All information collected
for electronic postcards and email messages is used only to send the requested
electronic postcard or email message and to respond to email questions and/or
requests and is deleted from our system once the electronic postcard, email
message or email response is sent.
Consumer Service
Parents and children may email us their questions through the contact
us feature of this web site. We do not request that users submit any personal
information online for customer service inquiries. We may however ask for personal
information to better help us respond to customer service questions. We do
not sell, transfer or share such information with third parties, with the exception
that the information is transferred, disclosed and shared with our third party
agents who uses the information solely to handle and manage customer service,
but cannot use it for other purposes and have agreed to maintain the confidentiality

or Windows). We do not link or combine this information to any personal information
that kids submit online when participating in our activities.
Log data collected on web servers both within Funrise Toy Corp's control
and under the control of Funrise Toy Corp's third party service provider, who
is required to maintain such data on a confidential basis, supplies Funrise
Toy Corp with aggregate information about the number of visits to different
pages on our site. Funrise Toy Corp uses such aggregate information to improve
access to our content based on our visitors' browsers and operating system
types to make our content available to as many kids as possible. We do not
link the log data collected to the personal information that kids submit online
when participating in our activities.
Parental Written Consent Form
Some activities which Funrise Toy Corp may provide may require the child's
parent or guardian to print, sign and mail a written consent form to us. If
any activity does require a written consent form, a notice of this requirement
will be prominently placed on the web site page for the activity, along with
a link to the form. You also can access the form by clicking
here. In addition, you also may use this form to provide your consent for
any activity described above instead of using the methods described above.
Parental Access
At Funrise Toy Corp, our goal is to help parents ensure that their kids
have a safe and fun online experience. That's why we've set up a system by
which parents can print out and mail us a signed form that allows them to
review any identifiable information collected about their child, have this
information deleted, and/or request that there be no further collection or

Funrise Toy Corp has taken steps to ensure that personally identifiable
